As far as I know, the small and portable oxygen generators or concentrators are using zeolite molecular sieve as the adsorbent of N2 by PSA, VSA, VPSA and even RVSA style, the main size of them are 0.4-0.8mm, most of them are binderless 5A zeolite, 13X zeolite and also LiLSX zeolite, they all have a high selectivity of N2/O2, the selectivity of 5A and 13X are around 3.2, but the selectivity of LiLSX zeolite can reach to 6.3, and with less dust but a larger adsorption capacity of N2.
